Unique Blessings Are Promised for Reading the Book of Revelation. Are We Reading it Right?

In this video: Yes, blessings are promised for reading the book of Revelation! See Rev. 1:3 and then additional emphasis is put on it in Rev. 22:18-19, where severe consequences are declared for adding to or taking away from the words of the book of this prophecy. It seems plain enough that a careful reading of the book is called for, where we account for all the words just as they are. The more familiar I become with the biblical text and a way of reading it that truly honors the highly organized structure of His word, the more conviction I have that the structure of the book of Revelation deserves more attention than we've given it.

Some people's eyes cross and glaze over with I start talking about these things. Sadly. But this message is important enough to press on undeterred so that all who will hear it can. I invite you to follow along as I offer a little tour that may serve as an entry point or a reentry point that will help ease you into this peculiar search for buried treasure of vast riches.
