    Although I don't disagree with your analysis of the possible meanings of the NOID stop sign, I wanted to bring to your attention Domino's marketing campaign in the 80's. They had a cartoonish mascot who tried to prevent quick deliveries. He was named the Noid. Domino's quickly dropped the symbol when a mentally unstable man who's last name was Noid held two pizza employees hostage at gunpoint and demanded they make him pizza's.
