Part 6 - About the Schedule of the Pending Reset of Time

Continuing from Part 5, additional insights arose from the initial insight connecting the two shemitah numbering 860 and 861 with the same numbered words in Strong's Concordance. These lend further support to the interpretation that, ultimately, one will follow after yet consume the other.

We have identified this present shemitah 860 with the word H860, 'athown - a female donkey. Because of the special relationship between this shemitah and the one that follows they might be considered as a mother and son. Strong's H860 occurs in Zechariah 9.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey (H860). ~ Zechariah 9:9

For many years I had been drawn to wonder at why the text identifies the young donkey that the King would ride with its mother. What else would the donkey be the foal of, a chicken? It just didn't make sense, which called my attention to this as something with an important hidden meaning. I rejoice at this fresh insight!

That prophecy is reproduced in the gospel accounts.

Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold your King is coming to you, Gentle, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’ ~ Matthew 21:5

Fear not, daughter of Zion; behold, your King is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt. ~ John 12:15

As a female donkey foals a colt, so it is that the "female donkey" shemitah foals shemitah 861! Her offspring, the colt, bears the King at His arrival! These shemitah are two of a kind and very directly related. One follows the other and inherits the nature of its parent. Think about the implication - of the telegraphing through of some persisting character or features. This is a prophecy like unto that of the devoured and devouring serpents-staffs of Exodus 7 and Pharaoh's dreams of the cows and grain. You are what you eat.

When writing about Cain's paternity and the instruction of John 6, I recorded the following insight.

"The very profound truth hidden here is that food is to the eater like a father is to a son. Something of food is imparted to the eater, which becomes part of them. Something of a father is imparted to the son, which becomes part of them. Get it? Genetic material is transferred from father to son as nutrients are transferred from food to eater."

And so it is that something of the mother shemitah is transferred to the son shemitah. According to the prophetic allegory of Genesis 41 and following, the grain of salvation that is being grown and stored up in this season of abundance is going to be the provision for the devastating famine! The following verse bears witness.

To his father he sent as follows: ten donkeys loaded with the best things of Egypt, and ten female donkeys (H860) loaded with grain and bread and sustenance for his father on the journey. ~ Genesis 45:23

Does this make your heart sing with hopeful expectation in the Lord's pouring out of favor?

This next verse about the donkey's colt bears a vivid witness in a very special context.

He ties [his] foal to the vine, And his donkey's (H860) colt to the choice vine; He washes his garments in wine, And his robes in the blood of grapes. ~ Genesis 49:11

You may recognize that as an excerpt from a prophecy given by the patriarch Jacob as he was dying. This is about the King who would later ride the colt, the foal of a donkey, and who will come as The Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Judah, your brothers shall praise you;
Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies;
Your father’s sons shall bow down to you.
9 Judah is a lion’s whelp;
From the prey, my son, you have gone up.
He couches, he lies down as a lion,
And as a lion, who dares rouse him up?
10 The scepter shall not depart from Judah,
Nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet,
Until Shiloh comes,
And to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.
11 He ties his foal to the vine,
And his donkey's (H860) colt to the choice vine;
He washes his garments in wine,
And his robes in the blood of grapes.
12 His eyes are dull from wine,
And his teeth white from milk.
~ Genesis 49:8-12

This passage is one that we know to be a VERY SPECIAL prophecy! Verse 10 describes the celestial sign of the Lord's coming in judgment, which was witnessed in 1991. (See Jacob's Dying Words Prophesy the Celestial Sign of the Lord's Return in Judgement) This sign marked the beginning of the count of shemitah we have labeled as the keystone pattern, where shemitah 860 and then shemitah 861 will be accounted as the 4th in series.

So, here's a notable observation. The celestial sign marked the beginning of shemitah 857.

Strongs H857: athah: come Occ. 21x
Strongs G857: apheidia: unsparing severity Occ. 1x

Shemitah 857 marked the first shemitah in this special season of the Lord's coming in judgment. Is it merely coincidental that the combined meanings of the words numbered accordingly may be taken as, "to come in unsparing severity"? Perhaps. Perhaps not!

  3. Sorry, I think "... a very complicated matter for me to fully understand..." is more appropriate.
