Part 10 - Rango - MK-ULTRA / Monarch Mind Control, SRA/DID Multiples and Trauma-based Programming

In the movie, when Rango says, "You might say I'm what Hell has already raised up," he's dropping a clue about his role as the Antichrist Beast, the lawless one. He's also alluding to a supporting scheme involving trauma-based mind-control. When you become even a little familiar with the subject of SRA/DID multiples and their relationship with their handlers and recognize the characteristic MK-ULTRA and Monarch features it is overwhelmingly apparent that Rango is a fit vehicle for it.

I must provide a caveat at the outset of this post. If reading here begins to make you uncomfortable, please stop immediately. You may have been subject to mind-control programming without even yet being aware of it. If you are already seeing a qualified therapist for DID and they approve this for you, congratulations! Please continue. If you have not found a qualified therapist, email me at gmail (theopenscroll) and I'll offer what help I can for direction.

Rango is heavily layered with mind-control programming elements. If you're familiar with The Vigilant Citizen blog you have seen the evidence of it in our pop culture. The VC doesn't blog about animated features like Rango, so I don't expect he'll get around to shining the light on it. I take up the task in this blog. I won't pretend to be an expert, but I know from experience that this matter the VC writes about is legit.

A month ago I wasn't qualified to share what I'm going to share with you. Since leaving for the Future Congress in Branson, MO there have been some significant developments. For one, I've acquired a dramatically heightened awareness of SRA/DID (Satanic Ritual Abuse / Dissociative Identity Disorder). When Russ Dizdar addresses these matters you should take it seriously. He considers the evidence and estimates that there are perhaps 100 million SRA/DID multiples globally.

I will offer an introduction, but if you're interested in learning more I recommend these excellent resources.

Origins and Techniques of Monarch Mind Control (The VC's Secret Arcana site)

The concluding paragraph of the VC's "Origins and Techniques..." article states:

The research and funds invested in project Monarch do not however only apply to mind control slaves. Many of the programming techniques perfected in these experiments are applied on a mass scale through mass media. Mainstream news, movies, music videos, advertisements and television shows are conceived using the most advanced data on human behavior ever compiled. A lot of this comes from Monarch programming.

Rango is such a movie.

Monarch Programming is a trauma-based mind-control method that became the classified successor of MK-ULTRA, which was a program developed by the CIA during the 50s and 60s. It's a system of methodologies advanced significantly by Dr. Josef Mengele (aka "Doctor Green" or the "Angel of Death") during WWII and for many years following. With roots traced all the way back to ancient Egypt, these advanced programming techniques are used today by a variety of organizations for covert purposes.

A victim of trauma-based programming becomes a mind-controlled slave with no real independent will of their own. The victim is called a “slave” and the programmer is called a “handler.” The handler is perceived by the slave as their master and god. One reason for the programming is to create a covert “Manchurian Candidate” agent who can be triggered remotely by the programmers to carry out special missions. Another that should be noted here is that it feeds the Devil's lust for pain and suffering that attends the sacrifice of lives in his honor and worship.

The lead character Rango is sometimes pictured as the slave and sometimes as the handler. Beans and Rattlesnake Jake and the Spirit of the West are a few other characters whose interactions evidence trauma-based project programming methodologies.

The following paragraphs are excerpted from: Ritual Abuse and Torture-based Mind Control: Reducing and Preventing Re-contact with Abusers by Ellen P. Lacter, Ph.D.

Most definitions of the term “ritual abuse” refer to ceremonial practices that involve physical and sexual abuse of children and adults, and human sacrifice, to appease, win favor with, or empower deities whom the abusers believe demand abuse and sacrifice, such as Satan and other polytheistic gods and goddesses.

Torture-based mind control programming can be defined as systematic torture that blocks the victim’s capacity for conscious processing (through pain, terror, drugs, illusion, sensory deprivation, sensory over-stimulation, oxygen deprivation, cold, heat, spinning, brain stimulation, and often, near-death), and then employs suggestion and/or conditioning to implant thoughts, directives, and perceptions in the unconscious mind, often in newly-formed trauma-induced dissociated identities, that force the victim to do, feel, think, or perceive things for the purposes of the programmer. The objective is for the victim to follow directives with no conscious awareness, including execution of acts in clear violation of the victim’s volition, moral principles, and spiritual convictions.

Torture-based mind control is practiced by individuals and groups who seek to maximally control and exploit others, usually beginning in childhood. Included are practitioners of abusive religious rituals (e.g., Satanism and abusive witchcraft), organized crimes against children (child pornography, prostitution, and trafficking), and groups with political, military, and espionage agendas.

This is incredibly wicked. The devil is bad! This scheme that creates remote and sleeper agents with compartmentalized identities (called multiples or alters, and chosen ones) intends to accomplish a number of agendas in the Beast, mark of the Beast and "war against the Sovereign God" plan. Russ Dizdar refers to a black awakening, an event where the chosen ones are triggered for some great purpose. I believe he is right, that in addition to the missions being carried out today by individuals who are typically placed in key positions there is some greater purpose for which this army is being prepared. I don't believe it's permitted to elaborate on that at the present time, but it is appointed for a time not long hence.

We first see Rango as a Shakespearean actor on a stage, performing a play. We soon see that he's alone in a terrarium, an escapist who is living in a fantasy world. This represents his programming environment, where a Monarch slave is ritually abused, caused to dissociate and built into a kind of super soldier. This situation is introduced in the opening scene with the following narration provided by the mariachi owl band.

SeƱor Flan: We are gathered here today to immortalize in song, the life and untimely death of a great legend. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your low calorie popcorn and assorted confections, while we tell you the strange and bewildering tale of a hero who has yet to enter his own story.

Rango is the hero, which is to say a chosen one. We then see him in the terrarium that represents his programming environment, not yet having entered "his own story." By "his own story," what is meant is the slave's "destiny," the plan of actions to be carried out according to the mission objectives programmed into his alters by his handler. This is referenced later as a journey or quest by another character in a handler role, the armadillo named Roadkill. Rango's main handler is a character known as the Spirit of the West.

Consider this scene as between handler and slave.

Spirit of the West: Then be a hero.
Rango: Oh, no! No! No! You don't understand. I'm not even supposed to be here.
Spirit of the West: That's right. You came a long way to find somethin' that isn't out here. Don't you see? It's not about you. It's about them.
Rango: But I can't go back!
Spirit of the West: Don't know that you got a choice, son. No man can walk out on his own story.

The mysterious man called the Spirit of the West received prayer during the movie. He is driving the mythic alabaster carriage with golden guardians to protect him. He's a god. The handler is god to the slave. He is the master, and so we hear him tell Rango, "Don't know that you got a choice, son." He has no choice, being a chosen one, a mind-controlled slave. We then see the Spirit of the West drawing a square on the windshield of his vehicle, though which we see Rango, very small. "No man can walk out on his own story." Once again, "his own story" is the destiny defined by the programming of the handler. Rango is powerless to do otherwise.

The Spirit of the West drew the box containing Rango. He leaves his fingerprint on the glass, stamping Rango and everything in that box with his mark because he owns it. He defines the domain, sets the parameters; the "story" is what he says it is.

This box drawing hearkens back to when Rango was in the terrarium, drawing the square in the same way around his own face. The sad blank expression shows Rango's core identity recognizing the reality that he is trapped, powerless within his master's assigned domain.

More to come, Lord willing!
